> Fabrication
Civmec’s operates a large waterfront workshop fully equipped with modern automated fabrication and robotic welding equipment. We can fabricate general structural steel, platework, tanks, vessel and pip spooling for all types of process plants, materials handling equipment, oil and gas on-shore and off-shore structures including modular assemblies. Major fabrication activities such as receipt of raw materials, preblasting, fabrication and surface treatment are carried out in house under one roof. Delivery directly to the inland or coastal construction sites can be achieved via the high wide load road corridor or the heavy load out shipping wharf which eliminates costly handling and transport costs associated with government regulations, main roads approvals and general road restrictions.
