Structural Steel

Platework

With vast manufacturing facilities, we can deliver platework for a multitude of purposes. Our processing equipment can be optimised for semi-automatic, automatic and user-controlled operability, ensuring consistent quality production and cost-efficient delivery.

Our equipment can process various grades of steel plate and we can build large structures in our 149 metre by 30 metre assembly bay, which has an overhead lifting capacity of 200 tonnes.

Tanks

Our large-scale facilities and customised delivery solutions enable us to construct tanks of any size and type, including fuel, CIL/CIP, condensate, water and others specific to project requirements.

Our multi-disciplinary capabilities allow us to offer best-fit solutions and we can also provide precast concrete tanks where situations demand.

Vessels

As one of Australia’s leading fabrication providers supporting the liquefied natural gas (LNG) market, our specialised team ensures all components are built to the exacting standards required by the Energy sector. We hold certification to ASMI 8 & 9 and ASI 210 standards.

Materials Handling Equipment

Our team has extensive materials handling experience and can provide technical support across the lifecycle of the product. We can unlock value through cost and schedule efficiencies by leveraging our modular assembly capability to provide an integrated solution ready for transport and installation.

Subsea Structures

With our purpose-built exotic metals facility, we are leaders in the delivery of specialist subsea equipment, to the most stringent and exacting requirements.

Our expertise includes the manufacture of manifolds, valve skids, goosenecks, jumper spools, tree structures, risers, pig launchers and receivers.

Offshore Structures

Supported by our strategic waterfront location, we have the capability to manufacture offshore structures including jackets, topsides and anchor systems, for the Energy sector.

We understand the quality engineering required for the extreme environments in which these assets perform and are highly experienced and skilled in delivering quality outcomes.

Pipe Spooling

Custom pipe spooling solutions for all types of process plants are undertaken from our purpose-built facility. We have the specialist skills to manufacture pipe spools ranging from 15 millimetres to 1,800 millimetres to Australian and international standards.

Our most frequently used materials include, but are not limited to, carbon steel, stainless steel, nickel steels, duplex and titanium. We also provide a comprehensive range of testing services.
