We are delighted to receive this award, as it shows the continuing support we provide our people through learning and development with our in-house Registered Training Organisation (RTO).

Over the past 12 months, we set ourselves a target of employing and retaining more apprentices. We are happy to say that in FY2017 we increase our apprentices and were up 42.4%. Employing apprentices at Civmec is fundamental to the future of the Company and our industry, while providing individual learning and development opportunities.
