Salary Sacrifice

Parental Leave
Civmec employees are entitled to a period of paid parental leave across the regions in which we operate. A minimum of four weeks' and a maximum of ten weeks' paid parental leave is provided for employees upon the birth or adoption of a child. Up to two days' leave is provided for secondary carers.
Employee Assistance Program
We offer employees and their families access to an independent and confidential accredited counselling service. They provide short-term counselling, as well as access to dieticians and financial counselling specialists.
