The onsite component of the scope included installation of civil; structural, mechanical and piping (SMP); and electrical works, with fabrication and pre-assembly of components taking place at our Henderson facility before being transported to site.
The scope included the construction of a facility to unload 16 Rail Tank Cars (RTCs) simultaneously into diesel storage tanks (constructed by others), along with a facility to load road tankers. It also included construction of a number of related facilities for minor truck maintenance, and the installation of a fuel management system and fire protection system.
