Civmec played a significant role in the delivery of Australia’s largest lithium hydroxide plant, constructed in the Kemerton Strategic Industrial Area, south of Perth, Western Australia.

Our extensive scope on the project included site civil works; fabrication and onsite installation of tanks; structural, mechanical, piping and insulation for the hydromet; and final product, reagents and utilities for Trains 1 and 2.

Under a separate contract directly with Metso, we manufactured kilns required for the processing plant.
