This included the delivery and installation of more than 2,000 tonnes of structural steel modules; structural, mechanical and piping (SMP); and electrical, instrumentation and control (EIC) works for the rail train unloading car dumper, conveyor system and switchrooms. Fabrication of the steelwork was conducted at Civmec’s Henderson facility and transported to site.
Civmec also delivered the civil earthworks component of the project, including the excavation and installation of underground services and utilities.
