We undertake large and small fabrication projects, ranging from structural and platework packages to intricate structures requiring specialist welding of exotic materials, such as titanium, stainless steels, duplex steel and copper alloys.
We are highly experienced in the delivery of complex heavy engineering projects and have the ability to manage platework up to 300mm thick. With an annual capacity of up to 50,000T at our Henderson facility and 35,000T at Newcastle, we have the capability to deliver projects of all sizes and complexities.
Our expertise includes:
- Structural Steel
- Materials handling equipment
- Subsea structures
- Offshore structures
- Pipe spooling
At Henderson, we have cranage with a maximum 400T lifting capacity, which is further supported by 4,600T self-propelled modular transporters and direct access to the 3,000T, 6000T and 15,000T load-out wharves within the Australian Marine Complex. At Newcastle, we have a maximum lifting capacity of 80T, with direct access to the Hunter River and two ship basins.
Our facilities provide opportunities for clients to be based in our offices, facilitating collaboration and communication throughout project delivery.
We offer world class expertise in the fabrication of structural steel. The scale and range of our facilities means we can undertake projects of all sizes and levels of complexity. Our automated beam processing lines underpin our manufacturing capacity.
Leading-edge technology is employed to provide the most cost-effective outcomes and we can fabricate items to both Australian and international standards. Our local and international network of suppliers can source specific materials to meet unique project requirements.
Our vast manufacturing facilities can deliver platework for a multitude of purposes. Our processing equipment can be optimised for semi-automatic, automatic and user-controlled operability, ensuring consistent quality production and cost-efficient delivery.
Our equipment can process various grades of steel plate, and we are able to build large structures in our 149m long by 30m wide assembly bay, that has an overhead lifting capacity of 200T. We have the specialist skills to meet Australian and international standards.
Our large-scale facilities mean we can build tanks to suit your project requirements, with customised delivery solutions to enable the construction of tanks of any size and type, including fuel, CIL/CIP, condensate, water and others specific to project requirements.
Our multi-disciplinary capabilities allow us to offer best-fit solutions and we can also provide precast concrete tanks where the situation demands.
As one of Australia’s leading fabrication providers supporting the liquefied natural gas (LNG) market, our specialised team ensures all components are built to the exacting standards required by the energy sector. We hold certification to ASMI 8 & 9 and ASI 210 standards.
Materials Handling Equipment
Our team has extensive materials handling experience and can provide technical support across the lifecycle of the product. We can unlock value through cost and schedule efficiencies by leveraging our modular assembly capability to provide an integrated solution ready for transport and installation.
With our purpose-built subsea facility, we are leaders in the delivery of specialist subsea equipment, to the most stringent and exacting requirements.
Our expertise extends to the manufacture of manifolds, valve skids, goosenecks, jumper spools, tree structures, risers and pig launchers and receivers.
Supported by our strategic waterfront location, we have the capability to manufacture offshore structures including jackets, topsides and anchor systems, for the energy sector.
We understand the quality engineering required for the extreme environments in which these assets perform and are highly experienced and skilled in delivering quality outcomes.
Custom pipe spooling solutions for all types of process plants are undertaken from our purpose-built facility. We have the specialist skills to manufacture pipe spools ranging from 15mm to 1,800mm to Australian and international standards.
Our frequently used materials include carbon steel, stainless steel, nickel steels, duplex and titanium, to name a few. We also provide a comprehensive range of testing services, ensuring quality outcomes.
