Civmec delivered numerous contracts on the Mungari Gold Project, including steel fabrication, civil works, road works and structural, mechanical & piping works.
Delivering more than 3,000m3 of concrete and approximately 1,000 tonnes of steel for the project, our scope included construction of 2 kilometres of internal plant roads complete with earthworks and road pavements; detailed and bulk earthworks; installation of drains and concrete piping; concrete raft, pad foundations, slabs and sumps; fabrication and erection of all CIL and leach tanks and ore bin; installation of ball mill; all site structural, mechanical & piping works (circa 11,000 kilometres of piping laid); supply and installation of HDPE to process and raw water dams; and construction of concrete retaining walls including backfill and compaction of soil.
