I love the flexibility of being able to choose what shut-downs I work on which gives me a great work-life balance. I started as an apprentice boilermaker at Civmec, and am now a superintendent. If you work hard, you get rewarded.

I really value the support I receive from supervisors and leading hands in the paint shed. Everyone is eager to assist each other and I am happy to be getting exposure working on large scale projects.

One of the things I appreciate most about working at Civmec is the ability to expand in my role and take on new responsibilities every day. Every day I’m supported and encouraged by my management team to continuously develop my career.
