The 2021 Annual General Meeting (‘AGM’) of Civmec Limited was held virtually on Friday 29 October 2021 at 10:30am (AWST/SGT; UTC+08:00). There was no physical meeting for shareholders to attend. All shareholders were invited to attend the virtual meeting and ask questions in advance.
