A final year apprentice, Ethan won for his commitment to high-quality workmanship and his exceptional attitude. He has earnt the trust of his supervisors, and helps the team by mentoring other apprentices under a buddy system.
Josh won for his excellent work ethic and ability to work autonomously, combined with an enthusiasm and willingness to go above and beyond to get the job done.
“This event is a great way to acknowledge the journey of a young person getting their trade or finishing their traineeship, but also highlights the different ways industry comes together to train, mentor, support and grow talent for the future,” said Shawn Murphy, Managing Director, Skillhire.
